Drove it to get over 200 degrees, IPR 21%, ICP 866, 1.08 volts at idle. Shut it down, NO Start. Unplugged ICP sensor and it starts. Plug it back in cleared the code, No start, ICP .66 volts climbed up to.7 and started when I let go of the key. I think it's a l... Login to read more.
