I do a lot of these Isuzu Axles and I use a Manual Snap-On King Pin Press# CG230A

You can use a 3/4" Impact Gun and 7 out of 10 Times the Kings will Pop Out. On the real "Frozen-Seized" ones, you'll have to remove the axle and press out... Login to read more.
