John, the fuel pressure reg is not the IPR. A fault IPR will cause incorrect high oil pressure/hard starting/running issues and normally will set codes. HOP readings should be 500 to 3000 psi depending on load and about 15% to 45% IPR operation. 65% is max IPR... Login to read more.
