Of the criteria you listed while cranking: ICP voltage @ 2.v, FICM voltage above 11.5 and 48v, IPR % @ 48-50%, sync yes on both. It did start and at idle the ICP was 1.2-1.5v, FICM was 12.5 and 46-47%, IPR 30-35%. I didn't run it long as I have the coolant tan... Login to read more.
