Jeff and Albin have you on the right track. I found out that in ServiceMaxx or Master Diagnostics the pid "Battery Voltage" is actually "Ignition Voltage". Had a hard starter that was eventually traced to 1.4vt drop thru the key switch. Had a breakout box on E... Login to read more.
