When I run into broken exhaust manifold bolts, I use a 3/16 bit to go through the middle of the hole. Then use a 1/8 tile cutting bit, (Rotozip makes a good one) and I split the bolt in half with the bit. If the bolt is too hard to manage with a drill, you can... Login to read more.
