I agree with Jeff, check for PCM/FICM software updates. Had a similar scenario to yours last month (fleet vehicle, short trips, low mileage). Injector buzz test had 2 injectors stay silent with no circuit codes. I replaced the two injectors and it ran a little... Login to read more.
