Ok, Little bit of an update, I FINALLY found the VIN info for the truck, as it was worn off the data tag on the dash. It is an 03 model truck, looked for an engine serial on the v/c but it was also gone. I'll call tomorrow and get an engine serial from the vin... Login to read more.
