I have a seal in front of me marked BQ4463E that supposedly fits the rear inner of a 98 NPR HD.

OD: 4.454" ID: 3.320" Thickness 0.79"

Closest thing I can find is a National 710080, SKF 31490, or Timken 710080, but the ID is 3.125...too small.
