I agree with Travis regarding wiring / connection issue. It seems like maybe the ground circuit for the sensor is skittish and allowing an inaccurate high IPR signal. Do loaded voltage drop tests for the ICP sensor circuits. Test for proper signals at the ECM ... Login to read more.
