Kirt, I think what you are calling a "solenoid", is the ICP sensor. It lives on the HP oil rail between 5 & 6.

That's important to know on a brake equipped engine, because the BCP (brake control pressure) sensor is identical and lives between 1 & 2. Login to read more.
