I do plug it in all the time now, and the glow plugs are working. When it starts, even with ether. it only runs on a few cylinders, even reving to 3k rpm(if it will ) the dead cylinders don't kick in until 20-30 mins. This is with the block heater plugged in. ... Login to read more.
