Sounds like a pcm issue.. Check if it has a juice chip.. if so unplug it or uninstall if it is a software enhancemnet. I have also seen these have app issues do to wiring harness chafing on drivers side shock tower, might be worth wiggling the wires in that ar... Login to read more.
