Thanks for all the replies. I re timed the pump, cleaned the pump shaft with some brake cleaner and emery cloth and re torqued the nut to 165ft lbs. I drove the truck to operating temp and rechecked. It seems to be ok. I used the engine barring tool to hold th... Login to read more.
