Hello Josh could not read your link but according to my napa online the e350 e450 should be a 390580 1 5/16 cylinder. The next cylinder up [bore size] is for a 550 or the smaller gas engines which is a 390531 1 3/8. Not sure what size bore you have or if lines... Login to read more.
