Before you replace the oil cooler, drain the cooling system and refill with VC-9 and water. Run engine for around an hour at 1200 RPM then flush the cooling system out. Then replace you Oil and EGR coolers and reassemble. I would also recommend a coolant filte... Login to read more. ![]()
