Had this exact problem on an 04 6.0 last winter, was head gaskets, we took the lines off the heater core, and at idle, had no flow, at 1000 rpm, we got flow again. Block test did fail eventually, but was the pressure test while driving that gave it away. Repla... Login to read more.
