as far as I know the red dye means its for AG/offroad equip, meaning its not run on "Tax Payer Roads". and thats the only difference, as AG equip. isnt taxed due to usage, milage, etc etc etc .........Basiclly Gubment bullshyt..... *ask me how I know :P* Login to read more.
