Fuse 19 is under dash,key off checking fuse with test light it glows a little. I have disconnected GE,OD cancel switch, IDV switch and cluster. Disconnecting pcm voltage goes away.I have 12v on pin 90,pc/ed ref values list 5v, but I think that I always see 12... Login to read more.
