Truck was towed in as no start with no wait to start light.I checked fuse 19 it has battery voltage with key on,with key off it has 5 volts. Computer disconnected I have 0 volts @ fuse [...] computer gets hot to the touch any time its connected ,key on or off.... Login to read more.
