Scott, I can't help with the Isuzu. I have only worked on the older NPR and NRR.

The DMax's aren't terrible, You'll see the 6.6 & 7.8L.

The Fords could be Blue Diamond Chassis. I would expect to see plenty of DT's. Bruce can help you with those.
