Hi Bob,make sure you have the updated upper rad hose-2 o rings at the t stat side-.I would also replace the t-stats with the truck [...] would be a good time to delete the egr coolers,or upgrade to bulletproof hd coolers-they have a high failure rate. Login to read more.
