Hi Carl -- Just fixed two 3208 for black smoke problem.. Both had massive intake air resticitions.. One had a very badly plugged air filter, appeared to be orginal equipment on 10 year old rig. The other one suffered from a collapsing hose problem. Ran opacity... Login to read more.
