Hi Joe, One thing I did no see in your post was any inspection of the EGR valve itself. Your tech needs to monitor the EGR position sensor voltage. I think spec is .65v-.85v KOEO if it is higher than this then its possible to be stuck open for one reason or an... Login to read more.
