Have you scoped ficm supply voltge while cranking? I have seen 2 of these with the ficm fuse installed wrong. It looks like it is correct, but the prongs are not in the fuse box terminals. I don't remember the exact fuse, but it's in the under hood jct box. Fo... Login to read more.
