Slow down. If you drive above 60 MPH, your fuel economy drops about 1 MPG per 5 MPH over 60. If you have larger tires, the increased diameter affects the speedometer (you're driving farther) and engine torque (engine lugs), and the width has increased rolling ... Login to read more. ![]()
