Have u checked fuel tank for problems, fuel filters, u know i think 1500-1600 is max speed for PTO mode also, 12v at shutoff solenoid, and i agree with other post i would recheck and adjust sensor, is sensor two wire or four wire-some times u can swap the due... Login to read more.
