Mike, The ESN is 56537737. The return line part# is 3945707 (Cummins). The picture shows a hold down bracket. It looks like it may bolt to the head or possibly the tappet cover. You might check the injection pump to be sure it's not loose. I haven't seen this ... Login to read more.
