thanks for the reply Kevin, it is reaching rated eng. spd it turns approx 2600 rpm. the eng ecm has a pulse width signal that sends voltage to a relay for the modulator control all working good as you said removed modulator upped rpm valve moves out let it idl... Login to read more.
