Busses are tough to proof out wire harnesses. I would cut out the zip ties and check all the harnesses running from the firewall chassis to the TCU. Disconnect the batts, hook an ohm meter to pins C and D at the 9 pin diag port and wiggle test the entire harne... Login to read more.
