I have two suggestions.. Lot Lots of penetrant loosen all lug nuts. Take vehicle out to parking lot several short abrupt starts and stops. Bring truck back to shop get a assistant rock truck side to side should come off. Sure fire way get wacko!!! biggest sledge hammer you got 10lb or bigger hit wheel on metal surface for inside out..
