I'd be checking the ICP sensor, being that it acts up warm and the exhaust is raw points to Hi pressure oil issue. If you can compare the desired and actual ICP while it's acting up I'll bet you see them off. Or you can unplug the ICP sensor and run it in clo... Login to read more.
