On the 6.0, RPM is from the crank sensor, not the cam sensor. No sync and CMP_Fault would indicate a problem on the CMP input to the PCM, not the CMPOutput to the FICM--no FICM_SYNC would be a problem on CMP/CKP out. You have to have SYNC before FICMSYNC. I ha... Login to read more.
