Cranks, No Start. What does this pin out voltage mean?

Good Morning to all. The above truck is now running...but is it fixed? I did tow it in for crank, no start at our remote garage. Using Albin's "fix it from the front seat" method, I did find while cranking RPM=190, ICP volts=.8, FICM volts=48.
