I got it fixed.

I was able to locate a 2 pin connector in a panel behind right side of dash.

It was blue and white just like the allison 1/17 wires.

I unplugged it and scoped both halves, one side had 1 and 4 volts, other side .8-4.5 signal up and down. ... Login to read more.
