Jason it sounds like you have a bad control motor. Take 12 volts b plus and connect it pin 1 on the actuator where the b plus is coming in then on pin 2 apply a good ground to actuator. Then on center pin 3 of actuator take 12 volts and tap it on the actuator ... Login to read more.
