I have 99% success welding a much bigger nut (say a 5/8" nut on a 3/8" bolt) to it. I just hold it centered and blindly fill it with weld, sometimes it breaks and you do it again. Every time it cools, it shrinks a little. I would never try to drill or EZ out o... Login to read more.
