On the older 379's there is an actuator behind glove box, i believe for the temp. There is another above the fuel pedal for the defrost/vent/heat. Voltage should change from 0 - approx. 5v (4.5-4.8 ? ) as knob is turned. Have seen bad actuators, and also had a... Login to read more.
