Injector flow rate programming

Hello HD forum,

I'm replacing an injector on this 5.2 Chevrolet/Isuzu box van, I can read the injector flow rates with the Tech 2 but I dont see the option to change the flow rates. Do I need another tool besides the the Tech 2? Thanks for any help.
