I once connected my Ford IDS to an F650, which has both the 9 pin round power train plug and an OBD2 style plug. The gem module was the only module that I could program with the IDS; via the OBD2 or DLC plug. Got both connectors under the dash? Try the Ford ID... Login to read more.
