Jake, With Servicemaxx go into parameters (The Big BOLD P ) near the top of the main menu. Look for 83311 DPF Soot Load. There will be a grayed out value in there. Should not be much higher than 5.0. If it is way higher there is your problem. BTW I might have... Login to read more.
