Both the cmp and ckp codes were most likely stored from the extended cranking that has been done.

Things this engine needs to start are,, cranking RPM over 150 rpm, FICM voltages of at least 10.5, 10.5 and 47volts when cranking. ICP volts over .8 volts, and... Login to read more.
