Joshua, You have a PT Pacer system here. There should be a Electronic Fuel Control (EFC) in addition to the standard AFC. Make sure the diaphragm on the AFC does not have a hole in it. You can do that with a hand vac pump. Also make she the EFC is getting volt... Login to read more.
