Joshua, Rail psi should be close to 100 at 1200 rpm and near 120 at 1600 rpm. I can't tell from the picture, Is this a type "R" pump with a second throttle shaft?. If so, Be sure that it's in the run position. Have you tried running the manual screw in? Login to read more.
