I charged and load tested the batteries and they both pass.

Here are all of my PID readings when cranking:

B+ and VPWR - Starts out at 12.3 volts - drops to 9.8 Volts cranking

PW - 4.72

ICP - 2.8 Volts

IPR - 38%

RPM - 150
