I have a 2004 4200 international. truck tops out at 45 mph and at the same time i lose power steering / brakes. Replaced pump assembly and inspected idler gear ( no damage). truck still has same problem. Engine checked for low power concerns (turbo, fuel/oil pressure, no codes) engine runs good up to 45 mph. Could 1 pump overload and slow the other?? bad gear box / hydro boost, fuel pressure regulator ??
