FINNALY got back to this thing and the percentages match with in 1/2 of 1% to dead on. I was wondering however the idle percentage is near 21 percent and the spec for the tps operations is 5% to 95% operational range and at w.o.t. it breaks the spec at 96.1 % ... Login to read more.
