Hi guys we have 2003 f 350 6.0L power stroke, first start of the day ok no problem pull out of garage truck sits for 15 20 mins go to restart cranks no start when happens rpm 155-160,ficm power 11.50 volts ficm m power 48 volts icp 1380-1400 lbs 42% icp volts 1.8-2.3 volts fuel pressure 50lbs sync yes ficm sync no eot 120 ect 140 v power 12.25.Problem is no ficm sync cmp to pcm good.crank sensor to pcm good, pcm cmpo to ficm good ,ckp o to ficm good when problem happens this will happen 2-3 times a day but will start,after a min or 2 will not set any codes new ficm and new pcm flashed to up to date program.Problem is loss of ficm sync any input ?
