I can't remember the vacuum specs (saw them in alldata), but it sounds like to much vacuum. That would indicate a fuel restriction to the point of the fuel pressure/vacuum test port. Maybe a collapsed hose around the fuel filter housing or a plugged filter or... Login to read more.
