Not familiar with Fleetwood, but Blue Bird used a similar set up, I recall there were two sensors, one in the upper radiator tube, & one in the CAC pipe, both are temp senders that controlled hydraulic fluid pressure through a pintle valve, pretty straightforw... Login to read more.
